Terms and Conditions 

Onvision are agents for the seller of the Equipment /OB Trucks /SNGs etc listed on this website ( hereafter referred to as the goods ). The goods  are listed in good faith, are used (unless otherwise mentioned) and will be sold with no warranty given by Onvision. These specifications are intended to give a general idea of the goods offered but their accuracy is not guaranteed, they do not constitute an offer or a contract for sale. We have not carried out a detailed survey nor have we tested any of the equipment or systems, all measurements given are approximate. Any intending purchaser must satisfy himself by inspection or otherwise as to the correctness of the published specifications and condition of the goods on the Onvision Website. The specifications are believed to be correct at the time of compilation and are based on information given to Onvision by the seller. The specifications may be subject to subsequent amendment. Any warranties given will be at the discretion of the seller. Onvision give no warranty or guarantees regarding the condition or suitability of the goods. Final sales contract will be between the buyer and seller.  Onvision also give no guarantee re the title of the goods, it is the buyers responsibility to establish and obtain good title and full ownership from the seller.

The seller will be required to sign a sales commision agreement. Commissionwill be due to Onvision after a sale is completed. A copy of the agreement will be sent to the seller by email and will need to be signed by the seller and returned to Onvision before the Goods go live on the Onvision Website. In some circumstances onvision may require the sales commision to be paid before a sale is completed, in this case the sales commission will be held in escrow by Onvision untill a sale is completed.

Onvision reserves the right the not publish all goods.

Local taxes may be payable by buyers over and above the published price of the goods depending where the goods are located, where the buyer is located and the VAT registration status etc of the buyer and the seller.

Export of Goods  In the case of goods being exported outside of the UK. A freight forwarding agent recommended and approved by  Onvision shall be used. Quotations for the cost of this shall be agreed at the time of the sale. VAT will not be charged by the seller to the buyer at the time of the sale. The buyer may use a non approved freight agent but in this case the buyer will be required to pay the seller the full amount of VAT due on the goods at the time of the sale. The VAT will be refunded by the seller to the buyer after the correct export documents have been received by the seller. Documents required being original UK customs entry,  Shipping Bill of Laden or Airway Bill / road transport documents issued in the UK and country of destination. These terms of export shall apply unless otherwise agreed  by the Onvision and the seller.

All viewing arrangements of goods and negotiations to be made via Onvision. Onvision will assist with and give advice on delivery and export of goods where possible, Onvision do not guarantee to directly arrange any exportation / delivery of goods but will provide assistance where possible. If we accompany buyers to viewings, travel expenses may be charged to  the Sellers  account. 

Onvision Broadcast is the trading name of Onvision LTD, registered in the UK. Company registration number 03695980. 

All prices quoted for Outside  Broadcast Vehicles  and or Broadcast Equipmen are ex VAT

We recognize that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to act in a responsible manner.     • To send you communications required by law or which are necessary to inform you about any changes to the services we provide you.

    • To comply with any legal obligations to share data with law enforcement. 

Who we might share your data with

We sometimes share your data with trusted third parties in order to fulfil services. Examples are delivery couriers, mailing houses.

  • We will only provide the information they need to perform their specific services.
  • They may only use your data for the exact purposes we specify in our contract with them.
  • We work closely with them to ensure that your privacy is respected and protected at all times.
  • If we stop using their services, any of your data held by them will either be deleted or rendered anonymous.

This is done by sending us an email using the Contact Form on the Onvision website. You can at any time contact us to be removed from all lists your information may appear on.

It is a legal requirement of using our managed and hosted online service for email distribution that we have to include an UNSUBSCRIBE link at the footer of every email. When you unsubscribe then you will no longer be sent emails from that list. If you wish to do that now, please click this link 

How and where we store your data

Depending on the service we are providing we will use one or multiple places to store your personal information.

  • Web server for website registrations, advertising items to sell, contacting advertisers, etc...
    • Onvision Broadcast uses a web server with data centres in the UK and our website is an SSL - COMODO Secure Site with security Certificate (expiry 29/09/2020). We have a managed service which includes routine back-ups of our online web database.

How long do we keep your personal data

After you fill in a form on the Onvision website, or if you have sent us an email requesting product information, then we will not normally delete this information unless you ask us to. 

Cookies and Analytics

Onvision Broadcast uses cookies to aid in the delivery of rich media content (videos etc) and also for the tracking of anonymous data that is used in the website analytics package (Google Analytics). This data is used to ensure that we are delivering the best quality content to you and other users.

Google Analytics tracking (and most web tracking software) uses cookies in order to provide meaningful reports about your site visitors. However, Google Analytics cookies do not collect personal data about your website visitors. Onvision Broadcast uses Google Analytics to enhance your experience - it holds no personal data and ensures our service gets better.
